Toronto, June 6^th, 2007 ( TSX:MNF ) : Macquarie NexGen Global Infrastructure Corporation (the “Corporation” ) is pleased to announce that in respect of the continuous offering of its Class B Shares, it raised $7.17 million in May and $7.46 million in April for aggregate gross proceeds of $14.6 million. Total aggregate gross proceeds raised to date, including the offering of Class A Shares, are $105.8 million. The Class B Shares will continue to be offered each month until January 31, 2008 or such other date as determined by the manager, NexGen Financial Limited Partnership and the Agents for the offering.

The Corporation also announced that it will commence posting to its website at www.nexgenfinancial.ca disclosure respecting the portfolio holdings to which the Corporation has exposure to supplement the disclosure required by National Instrument 81-106. The specific portfolio disclosure and the frequency of that disclosure may change as determined by the Corporation in its discretion.
